The Promoter is: TheraBreath ANZ, subsidiary of Church & Dwight (Australia) Pty Ltd whose registered office is at Level 2, 22 Rodborough Road, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086. ABN: 99 008 446 053.
Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. The competition is open from 30 January 2026 until 11pm 28 February 2026. It is open to residents in Australia only, aged 18 or over. Employees of Church & Dwight (Australia) PTY LTD and their close relatives are excluded from this competition. Close relatives mean any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
  2. Entry is limited to one entry per household per day
  3. Purchase of any TheraBreath product at a Chemist Warehouse Australia store or on chemistwarehouse.com.au during the promotional period is required.
  4. This competition is a game of chance.
  5. Entries into the competition will open on 30th January 2026 from 09:00 AEDT and close on 28th February 2026 at 23:00 AEDT (“Competition Period”). After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  6. All entries must be submitted through the competition page at therabreath.com.au/competitions. Other entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received during the Competition Period for whatever reason.
  7. To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Competition Period:
    • Buy any TheraBreath product at an Australian Chemist Warehouse or online at chemistwarehouse.com.au
    • Go to therabreath.com.au/competitions to enter
    • Upload a complete and clear copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. The image must show the date of purchase.
  8. Incomplete, indecipherable or unviewable entries will be deemed invalid.
  9. If the competition is disrupted or cannot run as reasonably expected due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, including but not limited to: technical issues, unauthorised interference, or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, to: (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the competition and/or these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Any changes to the competition will be communicated to entrants by the Promoter as soon as reasonably possible.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the competition. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
  11. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
  12. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  13. This competition is not offered in conjunction with any other offer or competition.
  14. The winning entrant will win 12 Months’ Worth of Dates valued at $3000.00. Prize includes:
    • Vouchers to the value of $3000 for experiences via Red Balloon
    • OR
    • Pre-paid visa card to the value of $3000 to use for date spending
  15. The prize (or any unused portion of it) is non-transferable, cannot be taken as cash, and no alternative prizes will be offered unless expressly stated. All prizes are subject to availability. Should the prize become unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it (or any part of it) with another prize of equal value or specification at its discretion and without prior notice. Church & Dwight will not be liable for replacement of gift cards in the event of loss, theft or other circumstance where part or all of the gift card is no longer accessible by the recipient.
  16. The winner will be determined by the Promoter by random draw. The random draw will take place at 22 Rodborough Road Frenchs Forest NSW on 1st March 2026 by 13:00 AEDT. The winner’s name will be published on TheraBreath’s official Instagram and TikTok accounts, @therabreathanz, prior to 4th March 2026.
  17. The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the winner being decided. The winner must respond to this direct message within 14 days of the message being sent to be a valid winner.
  18. If for any reason, the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, then their prize will be forfeited and be awarded to a reserve winner.
  19. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  20. Entrants are required to provide an image of their receipt as proof of purchase. Entries are only accepted via the form located at therabreath.com.au/competitions.
  21. Any cost associated with accessing the competition website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
  22. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australia law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
  23. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to any other party. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this competition must be directed to the Promoter.
  24. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition.
  25. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use / taking of a prize.
  26. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://therabreath.com.au/privacy-policy/. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia, and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By entering the competition, entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard.
